Why We No Longer Use Reviews.io

After previously being removed from Trustpilot, we have now also been removed from Reviews.io. Our account was simply deactivated after we received an email stating that they no longer support businesses operating in categories such as research chemicals and unapproved pharmaceuticals.

As shown in the screenshot below, this was the message we received from Reviews.io before our account was removed.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that we invested significant money into the platform. We paid for Reviews.io so that automated review invitations could be sent to our customers after their orders, allowing us to collect genuine feedback from real buyers.

Even more disappointing is that our profile contained only positive reviews and maintained an average rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars. Thanks to our customers, we had built an excellent reputation on the platform, only to see it disappear overnight when our account was removed.

At no point did we try to hide what we do. Our products, policies, laboratory testing, and business activities are clearly displayed on our website. We have always aimed to operate transparently and within the rules provided to us.

We fully respect the right of private companies to decide which industries they wish to support. However, it is disappointing to invest time, effort, and money into building a review profile, collecting legitimate customer feedback, and achieving a 4.9-star rating, only to have the account removed without warning and without the opportunity to transition elsewhere.

The good news is that genuine customer experiences do not disappear simply because a review platform decides to remove an account. The thousands of customers who have ordered from us know their own experiences, and we will continue looking for alternative ways to collect and display verified customer feedback directly through our own channels.
